How to Request a Refund

Step-by-step instructions to request a refund for your purchase

If you're not satisfied with your Jobfoto headshots, you can request a refund directly from the app. Here's how.

Your Options

Not happy with your results? You have two options:

  • Free retry (Professional & Executive plans) - upload new photos and get a complete do-over at no extra cost. You can start this yourself from your profile page. See our free retry guide for details.
  • Full refund - we refund your purchase to the original payment method

Refund Eligibility

Make sure your order qualifies:

  • You have not downloaded any full-resolution photos
  • Less than 14 days have passed since your purchase

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Click the Feedback button on the right side of the screen
  2. Select Request Refund
  3. Describe why you're requesting a refund
  4. Optionally attach screenshots
  5. Click Submit Request

What Happens Next

  • We review and respond to all requests within 1-2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
