We want you to be satisfied with your Jobfoto headshots. This policy explains when and how refunds are possible.
1. How Jobfoto Works
Jobfoto generates your headshots in two stages. After you upload your selfies and complete your purchase, we first create a set of quick previews so you can see how your headshots will look. You review these previews and select your favorites before we generate your full set of professional headshots.
This two-stage process gives you a chance to evaluate the results early - before your final headshots are created.
2. Refund at the Preview Stage
After your purchase, we create quick preview headshots from your uploaded selfies. If the previews don't resemble you or don't meet your expectations, you can request a refund directly from the preview screen - before any final headshots are created.
You can also try uploading different selfies with better lighting or shooting angles before requesting a refund. The number of additional upload attempts depends on your plan.
Preview-stage refunds use simplified processing, since no final headshots have been created yet. We reserve the right to limit or reject refund requests in cases of repeated or systematic misuse.
3. Refund After Final Generation
We aim for every order to deliver at least 2 to 5 professional studio-quality headshots. AI-generated images naturally vary - not every image will be perfect, but you should have enough strong results to choose from.
If your final headshots don't meet this standard, you can request a full refund. We refund your full purchase price to the original payment method.
Refund requirements:
- No downloads: You have not downloaded any headshots in full resolution
- Time limit: Less than 14 days have passed since your purchase

We reserve the right to limit or reject refund requests in cases of repeated or systematic misuse.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Downloaded Headshots
Once you download, save, or share any headshots in full resolution, they are considered accepted. These orders are no longer eligible for a refund. Previewing your headshots within the app does not count as a download.
Partial Satisfaction
If you are satisfied with some generated headshots but not all, this does not entitle you to a refund. Some variation in quality is naturally expected with AI-generated images.
Time Limit Exceeded
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase cannot be processed.
5. How to Request a Refund
The easiest way to request a refund is through the contact form in the app. See our step-by-step guide for the exact steps.
If you can't use the contact form, email us at [email protected] with the following:
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- The profile or order in question
- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 1-2 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
We cannot redirect refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.
7. Abuse Prevention
To keep our Service fair for all customers, we reserve the right to reject refund requests and suspend accounts in cases of proven misuse of our refund policy.
