Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Jobfoto headshots. This policy explains when and how refunds are available.
1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We expect every order to produce at least 2 to 5 professional-quality headshots suitable for business use. AI-generated images naturally vary - not every image will be perfect, but you should have enough strong results to choose from.
2. Your Options
If your results don't meet this standard, you have two options:
- Free retry (Professional & Executive plans): Upload new input photos and we regenerate your headshots at no additional cost. Each Professional and Executive plan includes 1 free retry.
- Full refund: We refund your purchase to the original payment method.

3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund all of the following conditions must be met:
- No full-resolution downloads: You have not downloaded any full-resolution photos
- Time limit: Less than 14 days have passed since your purchase
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Downloaded Images
Once you download full-resolution images, save, or share any AI-generated headshots, the images are considered accepted. These orders do not qualify for a refund. Previewing your headshots within the app does not count as a download.
Partial Satisfaction
If you are satisfied with some generated images but not others, this does not qualify for a refund. Some variation in quality across generated images is expected with AI technology.
Poor Quality Input Photos
Results depend on the quality of your uploaded photos. If your photos do not meet our recommended guidelines (good lighting, relaxed expression), we will work with you to find a solution - whether that's a full refund or a free new attempt with improved photos.
Time Limit Exceeded
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase cannot be processed.
5. How to Request a Refund
The easiest way to request a refund is through the in-app contact form. See our step-by-step guide for instructions.
If you're unable to use the contact form, you can email us at [email protected] with:
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- The profile or order in question
- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 1-2 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
We cannot redirect refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.
7. Abuse Prevention
To keep our service fair for all customers, we reserve the right to reject refund requests and suspend accounts in cases of proven misuse of our refund policy.
