How do I add the signature in Outlook?

Copy the signature. In the new Outlook and Outlook on the web, open Settings → Accounts → Signatures. In classic Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures. Paste the signature and set it as the default for new emails and for replies.

Why isn't my photo showing?

The photo is embedded directly in the signature. Gmail and some other email programs remove such photos. Your text stays.

Your name, your role and the company, plus phone and website. A photo makes the signature more personal. Keep it short so it also reads well on a phone.

In Gmail, open the gear icon → See all settings → General → Signature. Click “Create new”, paste the signature and save at the bottom of the page. Gmail doesn't keep an embedded photo.
