What to do when headshot generation fails and how credits are handled

Headshot generation can occasionally fail. Nothing to worry about — your credits are automatically refunded.
What Happens When Generation Fails
If a generation fails:
- Credits are automatically refunded — no action needed on your part
- The failed generation appears in your activity log with a "Failed" status
- A Retry button appears so you can regenerate the same style combination
What You Can Do
- Click the Retry button in the activity log to try the same combination again
- Or select a new style combination and generate fresh headshots
Most failures are temporary and succeed on the next attempt.
When to Contact Support
If generation fails repeatedly for the same profile, contact our support team.
