Magic Editor edits can occasionally fail. Your credits are automatically refunded when this happens.

What Happens When an Edit Fails

• Credits are automatically refunded — no action needed on your part
• Your activity log shows the failed edit with a message like "[Edit type] failed. Credits refunded."
• The image displays "This edit could not be completed" along with "Credits have been refunded"

What You Can Do

Simply try the edit again. Most failures are temporary and succeed on the next attempt. You can apply the same edit type to the same image without losing credits.

If the same edit keeps failing, contact our support team with details about which edit type and image are affected.
