Referral Codes

A referral code is a personal discount code you can share with friends. They get 20% off their plan purchase, and you earn 10 credits as a reward.

Creating Your Referral Code

If you have a Jobfoto account with a completed purchase, you can generate your own referral code:

1. Go to Billing & Credits in your account
2. Find the Refer a Friend section
3. Click Generate Referral Code
4. Share the code with friends

Each referral code can be used up to 10 times, earning you up to 100 bonus credits.

Applying a Code at Checkout

1. Choose your plan and click Create Headshots
2. On the Stripe checkout page, look for the "Add promotion code" field
3. Enter the code and press apply
4. The 20% discount will be reflected in your total before you pay

Referral codes can only be used for plan purchases (Basic, Professional, or Executive), not for credit packs. Only one code can be applied per purchase.

Promotional Codes

From time to time, Jobfoto offers promotional discount codes through newsletters, social media, or special events. These work the same way — just enter the code at checkout.

Troubleshooting

My code isn't working

• Check that the code is entered exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive)
• Make sure the code hasn't expired or reached its usage limit
• Referral codes only work on plan purchases, not credit packs

I forgot to apply my code

Unfortunately, codes cannot be applied after a purchase is completed. Make sure to enter your code before confirming payment.
