How to Request a Refund

Step-by-step instructions to request a refund for your purchase

If you're not satisfied with your Jobfoto headshots, you can request a refund. There are two moments where you can do this, depending on where you are in the process.

Option 1: During the Preview Stage

After your purchase, we generate quick preview headshots from your uploaded selfies so you can see how the results will look. If the previews don't look like you or don't meet your expectations, you can request a refund directly from the preview screen - before any final headshots are generated.

You can also try re-uploading different photos with better lighting before requesting a refund. Preview-stage refunds are processed quickly.

Option 2: After Final Generation

If you proceeded with final generation and are not happy with your headshots, you can still request a full refund. To be eligible:

  • You have not downloaded any full-resolution photos
  • Less than 14 days have passed since your purchase

How to Request a Refund

From the preview screen: Click the "request a refund" link shown below the preview results.

After final generation:

  1. Click the Feedback button on the right side of the screen
  2. Select Request Refund
  3. Describe why you're requesting a refund
  4. Optionally attach screenshots
  5. Click Submit Request

What Happens Next

  • We review and respond to all requests within 1-2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
